2. User Rights & Authorization Requirement

Users of MediaSaverPro are strictly responsible for ensuring that they possess the necessary copyright ownership, explicit authorization, or legal permission required for processing or analyzing any media.

MediaSaverPro provides technical media metadata inspection, 4K cover image extraction, aspect ratio calculation, and embed code generation tools intended for authorized creator workflows.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright holder or authorized agent who believes that material accessible on MediaSaverPro infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent containing the following elements:

1. Physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

3. Identification of the specific material or URL to be removed or disabled.

4. Your contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address).

5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

6. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If material you posted was removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was due to mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to copyright@mediasaverpro.com containing your physical signature, identification of removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury.
