By accessing or using the MediaSaverPro SaaS platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. User Copyright Responsibility & Media Authorization
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, or authorizations required for your processing and use of any social media content.
MediaSaverPro provides technical media metadata analysis, cover image extraction, aspect ratio inspection, and embed code generation tools intended strictly for lawful, authorized creator workflows (e.g. inspecting your own creator account media, embedding authorized public content, or fair use analysis).
3. Technical Restrictions & Acceptable Use
You expressly agree that you will NOT use MediaSaverPro to:
- Bypass Digital Rights Management (DRM), access controls, or platform authentication locks.
- Extract media from private accounts or content protected by technical access barriers.
- Violate third-party intellectual property rights or platform Terms of Service.
- Perform automated scraping, denial of service (DoS) attacks, or rate-limit circumvention.
4. Platform Independence Disclaimer
MediaSaverPro is an independent software application operated by MediaSaverPro SaaS Inc. MediaSaverPro is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by TikTok, Meta Platforms Inc., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google LLC, or ByteDance Ltd.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall MediaSaverPro SaaS Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.
